Toshin Chemitech (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. has been established
as a manufacturer of artificial rubber parts for electrical and other
appliance, by the support of the Board of Investment in 1995, at Rojana
Industrial Park in Ayutthaya.
We produce various kinds of rubber parts, use for the purpose of absorbing
vibration or sealing, with using SBR, NBR, CR, SI and other kind of
materials, by compression and injection molding machines.
We believe that we can meet all your requirements about the rubber
parts, and we will do our best.
Compounding and Mixing
Rubber materials should be mixed with many kinds of
chemicals for satisfying user's specification. The compounding control
technology, compiled in the manual by the head office of ToshinChemitech,
is totally applied to our Thai plant for assuring the quality at the
high level of Japan.Mixing process uses kneader and open mixing mill
to make rubber compound. |

Molding with compression, injection molding machine
and procision die is the heart of our production process. We
have the superior machines and techniques for all the customer's
requirement. |

| Finishing and Inspection
We use scissors or some equipment carefully and
strictly to finish our producls. All the finished products are
inspected to meet the specification before shipment. |

We have developed various quality control methods through
the entire process from raw material checking to product finishing
for total quality assurance, and yet we continue our endeavors to
further improve them.
